This flexible steelshet with an FR4 layer is the reliable choice for consistently strong bed adhesion with nylon-based materials . With less deformation, success with other advanced (and common) filaments has become much easier with this specially formulated finish. After the plate has cooled completely, you can simply bend it slightly and the print will release.Thanks to the use of high-quality spring steel, this printing base is always perfectly flat and does not warp when heated. (Assuming you have a print bed that is equipped with magnets.)

Note on usage:
PVA-based glue stick applied to the bed can help in bed adhesion for FR4 printing bases. For this surface we recommend the Magigoo PA glue stick. If stronger adhesion is required, lightly sand the entire panel with 220g sandpaper to create a textured, even surface for the print to adhere to. For the print bed temperature, we recommend a value between 55°C and 65°C, depending on the type of brand and the nylon or nylon-based filament you are printing with.

Magnetic disk option:
If you don't have a magnetic print bed, there is also the option to buy a magnetic plate.The big advantage of this magnetic plate is its high temperature resistance of 130°C. Most cheap plates lose their magnetic properties at temperatures above 85°C. The plate is equipped with a 3M adhesive film on one side.
