Our team was initially a few 3D printer DIY enthusiasts. Several of us often exchange experiences in 3D printer firmware upgrades on the forum.
Then Eric Zhang, our later CEO, proposed that we could share our technology with more 3D printer enthusiasts and improve their 3D printing experience.

For six years, we have been communicating with our customers how to optimize and upgrade firmware, and how to improve product printing accuracy through better mechanical structures.
