The Chaoticlab CNC Voron Tap V2 Kit is a feather-light design in which the nozzle is used to zero the z-axis and to Bed leveling is used. This eliminates the hassle of readjusting using a Z offset.
Features:
MGNH7 - Compared to MGNH9, MGNH7 is lighter and thinner. This allows us to minimize the load on the extruder and avoid losses in the Y stroke. Meanwhile, MGNH7 offers the same robustness as MGNH9. We specifically chose the proven HIWIN linear guides, specially developed steel limit nuts and a magnetic limit assembly to ensure a stable and reliable construction. This gives the CNC Voron Tap V2 excellent input shaper data.
OMRON EE-SX4320 Sensor - Transmissive photo microsensor with a size of 0.3 mm ;er aperture. Extended voltage range in updated V2 to support 5-24V for more flexibility.
Light as a feather - Weighing just 62 g without screws The incredibly light housing does not add any significant mass to the tool head, so that precision is maintained.
Retain original XY stroke - Retains the full Movement and building capacity so you can unleash your Voron's abilities.
Stability of bed assembly - 500-800 g nozzle power wash ;during the sounding. Make sure the bed does not move as this will reduce accuracy. Not recommended for Voron 1.8/Legacy/Switchwire. Compatibility test: Tap firmly on the bed - movement means unsuitable
CW2 style mounted extruder - Replaces the X-carriage and uses ;fits front screws like CW2. LGX/Galileo mounts are available.
