With this flexible printing underlay, the days of spatulas and the like are finally over. Simply remove the plate from the printing bed,
bend it and the print is released.

The use of high-quality spring steel means that this printing pad is always perfectly flat and does not warp when heated.
(Assuming you have a print bed with magnets.)

Smooth PEI surface:

Only high quality PEI made in Europe is used for the panel. This ensures a uniform layer thickness and good adhesion.

Note on using the smooth PEI surface:

When printing PETG / PCTG / TPU / ASA please use a separator (e.g. Magigoo), because The adhesive force of these materials in connection with PEI means that the material bonds permanently to the pressure plate.

When removing the prints, please make sure that the plate has cooled down completely.
Otherwise you risk damaging the plate.

Powder-coated PEI surface

The powder coating makes this surface particularly good for filaments (such as TPU, TPE, ASA, PETG, CPE and many more),
which can damage the regular smooth PEI surface due to their high adhesive force. In addition, the texturing gives your prints a whole new look.

More suitable for certain filaments (TPU, TPE, ASA, PETG, CPE)

Note on using the powder-coated PEI surface:

Do not use acetone for cleaning !!! This damages the surface and, after a short time, causes the coating to peel off.

Magnetic disk option:

If you do not have a magnetic print bed, there is also the option to buy a magnetic plate.

The big advantage of this magnetic disk is the high temperature resistance of 140 ° C.
Most inexpensive disks lose their magnetic properties at temperatures above 85 ° C. The plate is equipped with a 3M adhesive film on one side.

Haftung gleich 0! Produkt: PEI Glatt
Druckbett gelevelt. Mit Iso90 geputzt. PLA haftet absolut 0,0 auf dem Bett! Wie als wenn man auf einer Lotus beschichteten Oberfläche drucken würde.
Nochmal und nochmal das gleiche Prozedere mit Leveln, reinigen, immer das gleiche Ergebnis.
Eine Justierung in 0,1mm Schritten des Druckbetts brachten auch keinen Erfolg.
Scheint wohl den Preis wert zu sein...
